Maddtech started on the trail when a rider saw his own coaches spending hours manually managing spreadsheets, attendance, and medical forms on paper before and after every practice. Seeing how much time and energy it drained from volunteers who just wanted to coach, he built a simple tool to take that burden off their shoulders. What began as a solution for one youth mountain bike team has grown into a platform built to give coaches their time back, no matter what team they run.
